- Sean McAdam specializes in innovative, ecologically friendly land development projects. His most recent 200 acre project was completed using only recycled materials. The more than 2 kilometres of roads were made entirely from stone harvested on site and all wood that was cut was used for lumber, firewood, or sent to a local pulp mill for recycling. McAdam imposed strict regulations far in excess of municipal regulations to prohibit the clearing of trees on the residential properties. Sean McAdam is Co-Founder and President of Hendrick Farm in Old Chelsea, Quebec.
